SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timelines:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3–7 business days.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship within the United States. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact us directly.​​

Return Window:
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Certain items (e.g., final sale or perishable goods) are not eligible.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email oneloveyourskin@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Returns without prior approval may not be processed.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges:
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
